Welcome, and thank you for choosing to work with me. These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which I provide therapeutic coaching, women's wellness, and massage services. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully - if anything isn't clear, just get in touch before booking.

2. Booking & Payment

Appointments can be booked through the website, by email, or by phone. Your booking is confirmed once you have received written confirmation from me.

Payment terms:

Full payment, or a deposit as specified at the time of booking, is required to secure your appointment.
Prices for each service are listed on the website and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
I reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To be fair to all clients and to protect time that has been set aside for you, the following policy applies to all current and future appointments:

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours' notice so I can offer the slot to someone else.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the appointment cost.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the full appointment fee.
If you need to make a change within the 24-hour window, you are welcome to transfer your session to someone else for the same time and date, subject to a brief screening to make sure the session is suitable for them.

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund of any payment made for that appointment.

4. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened so that the next client is not kept waiting. The full session fee will still apply. If you are more than [15] minutes late without notice, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and the full fee will be charged.

5. Suitability of Services & Health Information

Before your first appointment, you may be asked to complete a confidential intake or health questionnaire. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information, including any medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, or recent surgeries that could affect your session.

Please tell me about any changes to your health between appointments. I may decline or adapt a session if I believe it is not safe or appropriate for you on the day.

6. Nature of the Services

My services are intended to support general wellbeing. They are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment.

I am not a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Nothing I share during a session should be taken as medical advice. If you have a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, call 999 or contact your GP or NHS 111.

7. Your Commitment

To get the most out of working together, I ask that you:

Arrive on time and ready for your session.
Treat me, my space, and any other clients with respect.
Maintain reasonable personal hygiene before massage and bodywork sessions.
Disclose any relevant health information honestly.
Refrain from attending under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.

I reserve the right to end a session at any time if I feel that continuing would be unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful. In such cases the full session fee will still apply.

8. Confidentiality

Anything you share with me during a session is treated as confidential. I will not disclose information about you to a third party except where:

You have given me your express consent.
I am required to do so by law (for example, by court order).
There is a serious risk of harm to you or another person, in which case I may share the minimum necessary information with the appropriate authority.

Where I keep records of our sessions, these are stored securely in line with my Privacy Policy.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers, where offered, are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, are non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced. The cancellation policy above applies to appointments booked using a voucher.

10. Online Content & Resources

Any guides, recordings, or other resources I provide on this website or through email are for your personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or sell them without my written permission. All content remains my intellectual property or that of the relevant rights holder.

11. Liability

I take great care in providing my services, but I cannot guarantee any specific outcome or result. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

My total liability to you in connection with any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
I am not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information you have provided.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes my liability for death or personal injury caused by my negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of my service, please contact me directly at [EMAIL ADDRESS] so I have the opportunity to put things right. I aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and respond fully within 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in force at the date of your booking is the version that applies to that booking. The current version will always be available on the website.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
